NO eSCaPE fROm PaRADe

After band and volleyball on Monday,i only got hungrier for more adventure.....

I love the parade but because it consumed so much time and it restricted me to just one part of the total orientation package,i was on the mission to escape it quietly.and i succeed yesterday!

This morning at parade was cool at first...

I was catching up with rachel....Ore was somewhere behind the line and chigo was everywhere,hopping on one leg.(the wound in his pinky toe had been dressed).

Corporal SMART(the solider in charge of our platoon parade) came insearch of corpers who were missing from parade. Apparently some others have also escaped the parade......

*EVERYONE DOWN!!!

We(the whole platoon) were made to squat!....yay! ....squat!!!!!!

Everyone was dropping it like a squat!

For me that was just another great time!...this time,a booty building fun!....(who could have imagined that being punished is another avenue to get some more fitness!....ofcourse others didn't see it that way....i was hearing groanings and gruntings!).....soldier camps are really cool.....(...*yimu!!!*...)

And the squats continued....

Corporal SMART approached the area where I was....

*Are you not part of the parade???*

I wasn't even aware until he said it again louder and sterner!...

YOU! Are you not part of parade???

Shoot! I have been apprehended! ( how did 

Everyone was looking at me..they all knew I was part of parade....chigo was adjacent making a talking face!....

I stood up quickly to join those already in the parade line as he continued searching for others!

It was a terrible parade morning....

Soldier was angry at the platoon parade generally!....

He kept talking...we weren't allowed to join the other platoons in rehearsing with the band! 

And He made us leave the parade ground much after others have gone for breakfast...

I went for one HIV/AIDS awareness voluntary training class later on.....

They were discussing HIV/AIDS testing..

And mehn did they show us some very terrible videos of things I can't even say up here!

In one of the videos,a dark skinned teenage girl was violating a small boy! She was making him do very obscene things to her!

Things really are happening amidst very young kids!....

Time stopped ticking for some moments this afternoon...someone had scored a thousand point! 

I remember my papi once said something in one of our faith mate class..

*When you do something for a woman,however big,its just ONE POINT ....

Parade continued in the evening with a still angry corporal SMART....and again we left the parade ground very late.....dinner was almost finished when I arrived back in my hostel....

I don't like this tuwo food!

Had to go and buy hot water at mami market, To make some hot golden morn?

 For the past two days i haven't been attending the dance/drama platoon competition that is done at night in the multipurpose hall.....

I have been hiding in my hostel the whole time!...(in the lower bunk,covered with towel so that anyone who came in would not even observe anyone was there!)...man pikin must to rest!a

I will attend when it's my platoon turn jare!...

Light out is 10:30pm....jumping around in the hall at 8:30pm watching platoon dance/drama is tiring jare,...after leaving parade late and almost missing dinner!...

What I need is a shower and retire of bed fast!..(well as long as I don't get caught in the hostel 5am is just around the corner!....!
