...and get that *preacher bad-child-face*....and that... *holier-than-thou look off your face....

I have always been quite an Athletic person since I was a kid...(i represented both my primary and secondary school in both intra and inter-school relay races...*i was in the relay team*....and often times the anchor leg!!)....YOU GET THE GIST!!!....this girl had some pretty fast legs!!!....
*ACKNOWLEDGMENT-(God bless Mr Johnson of PROVIDENCE SCHOOL...he was my physical education teacher,both in primary and secondary school. He was the one who scouted my for the relay team since primary3).....i even ended up being the female sport prefect of my Alma malter....

ANYWAYS.....
AND I LOVED MUSIC....it was my work-out tool since there was no gym back then....so I indulge in a lot of music...dancing and Sweating it out heavily in the confines of our sitting room when no one was home.....
*DROP IT LIKE IT'S HOT!! was one of those numerous hits that made for indoor work-out routine for me....and mehn!...i rocked it real good...*back then!*
SMILING...i guess if you are really sincere,am sure I just reminded you of all your own teenage rock-on jig!!!....who knows ...yours might be Obesere....so dont be ashamed!!!!....just have a nostalgic smile..
So really...its not about the drop it like it hot song...THE GIST is that i have been doing this *SQUAT* routine at the gym since last friday....and it only reminded me of that song....DROP IT LIKE IT HOT!!!....
And because I HAVE BEEN DROPPING IT LIKE A SQUAT!!!....and mehn!...my butt,my thighs especially my hamstrings were killing for like 3 days after I did this routine....
DROPPING IT LIKE A SQUAT has really been my new routine now!...hard as it was at first on my thigh and hamstring...(i couldn't walk well or climb the stair well for 2-days)....the few changes in my body structure has got me sticking to the routine...
CHANGES is really encouraging!!
SQUAT really is basic in strength and fitness training especially for the lower body and back!..
(whispering).and Ladies!...ladies....lets talk about the catchy benefits of drop it like a squat.i discovered it gave me a firmer thigh and back..so I totally walk very smart like a runway model...*Yimu*... and O'COURSE... a FIRMER & ROUNDER REAR!!!...
Now!.......to the pure all things are pure)....don't let your mind stray into what am not insighting!...its just a mere good work out routine!
I used to have a sister in church then who had such a nice round rear (and between us girls)......i would call her *ROTUNDY*....because of the nicely shaped rotund rear!!!.....*why am I telling you this*..you know as a lady,confidence comes for us not only from the Word of God but also a great BODY CARRIAGE....SO!...do u wanna walk past a mirror and see a firm,shapely rear with toned thighs....I think you should start dropping it like a squat!!
So at gym!...In the kitchen!...In the room!...its DROP IT LIKE IT'S HOT......no sorry!....DROP IT LIKE IT SQUAT....i only say that to say you don't have to be at the gym to do this...you can drop it like a squat anywhere as long as you ain't embarrassed and you can stand people asking you wassup with that!!!...
I sound like a fitness trainer already!...dont i?...well....you can practice any of the below DROP IT LIKE A SQUAT ROUTINE.....whichever is okay with you...
